Policies
Turnaround
- Short scripts: typically 24 hours
- Long-form: ~2–3 business days per finished hour
Pickups & revisions
- One round of minor tweaks to the approved script is included
- Script changes after record are billed as pickups
- Pickups billed at 50% of original line item
Rush & billing
- Rush delivery: +50%
- Net 30 payment terms
