Policies

Turnaround

  • Short scripts: typically 24 hours
  • Long-form: ~2–3 business days per finished hour

Pickups & revisions

  • One round of minor tweaks to the approved script is included
  • Script changes after record are billed as pickups
  • Pickups billed at 50% of original line item

Rush & billing

  • Rush delivery: +50%
  • Net 30 payment terms
